Your Satisfaction - Our Ultimate Concern

We, of course, make every endeavour to make sure everything goes out in the best condition possible.  Please be aware these are vintage items so may have some wear and tear associated with this type of product and we are all only human and may have missed something, if this is the case we will, of course, make sure we do then best we can to correct the problem.  In return we would very much like you to make sure you have done your measurements correctly before purchasing an item, as a change of mind or wrong sizing, is not acceptable for a refund, however, we are very happy to exchange or give you a gift voucher if nothing is in stock that would be suitable and we will do everything in our power to look for the item you are looking for.  We have a 14-day policy from the day that you purchased, please contact us via email to request a return, with photos if it is due to faulty goods,  the goods must be returned to us within 14 days following acknowledgement for the return. If the item is returned due to change of mind or ill-fitting the postage is to be paid for by you the customer.  Any bespoke products, alterations or products requested do not have a refund policy.  All items to be returned in the original packaging labels still intact and not worn.  If Import Tax is required this is the responsibility of the customer.
